Best has affirmed the financial strength rating (FSR) of B (Good) and the issuer credit rating (ICR) of "bbb" of Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (VINARE) (Vietnam). The outlook for the FSR remains stable while the outlook for the ICR remains positive.
