Black Hat Asia announces March events

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 30 (Bernama) -- Black Hat Asia, the world's leading provider of information security events, announced the keynote and briefings highlights for its upcoming event on March 26 to 29, 2019 in Singapore.
Black Hat Asia offers a week of immersive briefings, hands-on trainings, a business hall showcasing the industry’s latest solutions, and a collection of special programmes for practitioners, executives, InfoSec community, and more.
Highlights include a talk revealing new variants of Meltdown and Spectre, a cryptography talk, research exposing flaws in the Windows operating system, and vulnerabilities found across Microsoft Office features.
An executive summit will be held on March 27, 2019, where participants will hear from a variety of industry experts who are helping to shape the next generation of InfoSec strategy.
Additionally, security and privacy expert Mikko Hypponen will be the event’s keynote speaker. He has dedicated his career to combat security threats, tracking online crime for nearly three decades.
Prior to the briefings, Black Hat Asia will offer four days of technical and hands-on training courses led by some of the brightest minds in the industry. This year, the trainings will span topics covering infrastructure hacking, pentesting, malware analysis, SDR, and more.
