STAMFORD, Conn., Oct 20 (Bernama-BUSINESS WIRE)-- Odyssey Re Holdings Corp. announced today that it has received regulatory approval from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) to establish a representative office in China. The new office will be based in Beijing and led by Jane (Yan) Zhang.
OdysseyRe has been active in China for nearly 20 years. “China is a strategically important and evolving market. Establishing a local presence is beneficial to our business and will allow us to better serve our clients,” said Brian Young, CEO, Odyssey Re Holdings Corp.
