PALO ALTO, CA , Nov 4 (Bernama) --The Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), through its United States affiliate MDeC Americas Inc., and the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce on 2 November 2016 announced a partnership involving the Chamber’s regional development program Silicon Valley IDEA (Initiative to Drive Economic Advancement). The agreement was signed at the MDeC Americas office in Palo Alto by MDeC Americas President Dato’ Dan E. Khoo and San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Matthew Mahood. Dignitaries present at the signing included MDEC Chairman Tan Sri Sidek Hassan and MDEC CEO Dato’ Yasmin Mahmood, and Santa Clara County Supervisor David Cortese and Chairman of the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce Economic Advancement Committee Cosmo Fagundo, representing the Chamber and the Silicon Valley region.
