The methodology behind the Best Employer Brand Accreditation is highly rigorous. Employees are invited to share their feedback and rating via a set of engagement survey designed around the 7 Hallmarks of an Engaging Workplace, namely Relationship, Communication, Culture, Recognition, Growth, Accountability and Welfare.
