KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 15 (Bernama) -- Who will be crowned this time at The 16th Annual International Business Awards gala being held at the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere in Vienna, Austria on Oct 19?
Nicknamed ‘the Stevies’ -- derived from the Greek word for ‘crowned’ -- Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will be selected from more than 4,000 nominations received from organisations and individuals in 74 nations.
More than 250 executives worldwide participated on 12 juries this year to determine the Stevie winners, a statement said.
With all organisations worldwide eligible to compete in The International Business Awards (IBAs), categories include management awards, company of the year awards, marketing awards, public relations awards, customer service awards, human resources awards, new product awards, IT awards and website awards.
LLYC, a global communications and public affairs consulting firm headquartered in Madrid, Spain won 17 Gold Stevie Awards, more than any organisation has ever won in a single edition of the IBAs.
The five nations that have the most winning nominations are the US, Turkey, South Korea, the UK and the Philippines.
