KUALA LUMPUR, April 16 (Bernama) -- AXA Affin General Insurance Bhd (AAGI) was honoured with three awards at the Asia Recruitment Awards 2018 recently.
The company bagged the 'Gold - Best Recruitment Innovation', 'Bronze - Best Recruitment Evaluation Technique´ and 'Bronze - Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy'awards.
This year, AAGI was acknowledged for its innovative initiatives in automating the recruitment process, introducing an online assessment to facilitate potential employees in their career growth, and in driving the diversity and inclusion agenda.
AAGI chief human resource officer, Mohd Syukri Ahmad Sudari said in a statement, "We are delighted to be awarded for the second year in a row at the Asia Recruitment Awards.
"This speaks volume of our commitment and vision in empowering our employees to accelerate their career growth by living true to our culture. Ultimately, we aim to provide a positive experience for our employees, " he said.
In its fourth edition this year, the Asia Recruitment Awards 2018 is one of Asia´s largest award shows dedicated to celebrating talent acquisition achievements.
The awards-presentation ceremony was held at Westin Kuala Lumpur, here, and attended by more than 200 guests comprising HR professionals from top companies in Malaysia.
