KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 (Bernama) – Not long ago, Mesiniaga Bhd
(Mesiniaga) launched Workforce+ (WF+), Malaysia’s first mobile Internet-based
productivity optimisation tool which allows organisations to manage mobile
workers efficiently.
In a
statement today, Mesiniaga said WF+ currently assists more than 1,000
mobile workers in Malaysia and has been recognised at ITEX 2015 and the
Malaysia Digital Business Awards 2016 for its innovative features.
WF+ is ideal
for organisations that utilise mobile workers to deliver products or
services across a huge geographical area on a daily basis such as sales
agents, maintenance workers on standby for repair requests, logistics
personnel who have to deliver packages and enforcement officers who need
to visit many locations to conduct spot checks, inspections and report cases.
Taking
advantage of WF+ will place organisations firmly on the road to improved
productivity as it provides an unparalled layer of visibility into the
day-to-day operations where it ensures the experience and intelligence from the
field is communicated back to the office in a timely manner, thereby reducing
paperwork.
“Helping
customers succeed is our mission and we are committed to supporting them in
their digital transformation journey, as well as to ensure the highest
productivity level of mobile workers through digitalisation and automation,”
said Mesiniaga products and solutions general manager, Eric Foo.
WF+ is
hosted on a Mesiniaga-managed private cloud using a “pay per use” subscription
model, therefore enabling hassle-free and fast deployment without any
on-premise IT setup or upfront CAPEX investment.
Mesiniaga
is one of Malaysia’s leading ICT solutions providers and integrators.
Established in 1981, Mesiniaga provides end-to-end IT solutions and services
supported by many internationally-renowned technology companies.
