Bhd. has officially announced the winners of the ACA Championship Malaysia 2019 Grand Finale at the 4th SEA Connect – The Creative Conference 2019 on the 13th June 2019 at the Grand Nexus, Connexion, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur. Adobe Certified Associate Championships (ACA) is a prestigious inaugural global competition that identifies and recognizes the next generation of design professionals using Adobe® design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. The organizer would like to send our heartiest congratulations to all the winners of the ACA Championship Malaysia 2019 Grand Finale in their respective category as below:
- Grand Champion: Muhammad Luqman Hakim bin Mohd Hanapiah (21) of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Trip to New York, USA (Worth RM18,000)
- 1st Runner-up: Yeoh Sean Hui (20) of Han Chiang University College of Communications, HP Workstation Z2 G4S (Worth RM 9,800)
- 2nd Runner-up: Kung Sin Yee (21) of PIA College Ipoh, HP DreamColor Z24x (Worth RM 4,600)
Ms Surina Shukri, CEO of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Mr Siva G, Director - Solutions & Strategy Consulting of Adobe Systems Inc and Ms Natalie Sit, Group CEO of Acestar Sdn Bhd officially presented the awards to the winners. Muhammad Luqman Hakim bin Mohd Hanapiah from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris will be representing Malaysia at the World Championship Round, which will be held in New York from 28th to 31 July 2019. The competitors, aged between 13 to 22, will be given instructions, project requirements, and assets to complete a real-world design challenge. Top competitors are invited to represent their respective countries at the World Championship. The competitors’ artwork submitted to the competition will help raise funds and promote civic consciousness, while getting themselves exposed to industry professionals. Acestar Sdn. Bhd. will be sponsoring Muhammad Luqman to compete against the rest of the world in this prestigious event.
