ANDREW SNYDER IS KYRIBA NEW CHIEF EXPERIENCE OFFICER



KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 6 (Bernama) -- Kyriba (the Company), a global leader of cloud-based finance and IT solutions has appointed Andrew Snyder as Chief Experience Officer to lead its Client Services teams, including Professional Services, Client Support and Client Success.


The appointment brings new leadership to a strong suite of client-facing training, implementation and support teams that have enabled the success of Kyriba’s more than 2,000 clients worldwide.


“We are honoured to appoint Andrew to our executive team as the Chief Experience Officer. His impressive level of skill and talent will extend the strength of Kyriba’s best-in-class customer experience programmes,” said Kyriba Chairman and CEO, Jean-Luc Robert.

According to a statement, the San Diego-headquartered Company will this year, increase its Customer Success team by 100 per cent and expand Customer Support by nearly 50 per cent to further enable increased demand for treasury, connectivity, payments and working capital.


Recently, Snyder led strategic priorities and daily operations as Kyriba’s Chief of Staff and brings more than 15 years of experience driving transformational change for leading event management and advisory firms.


Prior to Kyriba, he led Customer Experience programmes and elevated Customer Care solutions at Cvent, a global leader in meetings and events technology.
