SINGAPORE, March 26 (Bernama-BUSINESS WIRE) -- Global Cloud Xchange (GCX), a subsidiary of Reliance Communications, has scored honors at the prestigious Datacloud Asia Awards 2018 event in Singapore, winning the ‘Excellence in Data Center Services Award, South East Asia’. In addition, GCX Chairman and CEO Bill Barney was honored with the ‘Data Center Thought Leadership Award’ in recognition of his significant contributions to the Data Center industry.
The Datacloud Asia awards, one of the most revered accolades in the technology sector, recognize innovation and excellence in the flourishing Asia digital infrastructure market. Winners of this year’s awards in all categories were chosen by an independent expert panel of Judges from across the Data Center and Cloud industry segments, with the objective of recognizing excellence in Data Centre and Cloud Services and Operations.
