KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 28 (Bernama) -- Those keen to connect with the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) are encouraged to attend the agency's Customers Day every Thursday of the first and third week of the month.
The programme will be held at the Level 1 Gallery, MQA Landmark Building in Cyberjaya, Selangor from 9 am to 1 pm.
MQA, in a statement today, said the approach was taken to foster closer relationship between MQA and its customers, thus facilitating gathering of feedback towards improving its processes and quality of services.
The Customers Day provides an opportunity for the providers of higher education, stakeholders, other interested parties and the public to deal directly with MQA Chief Executive Officer Datuk Dr Rahmah Mohamed and its other officers through direct interaction or face-to-face discussions.
