KUALA LUMPUR, April 29 (Bernama) -- EcoKnights received the NGO Leadership Award at The Golden Globe Tiger Awards 2019 recently.
The award recognises EcoKnights for having shaped the country’s future, involvement in communities, environment protection, and effective and sustainable mobilisation of resources in support of programme work.
Attended by representatives from over 12 countries, the award aims to recognise individuals and partners in marketing, branding, corporate social responsibility, social Innovation, education and academics across leadership levels.
EcoKnights programme director, Fadly Bakhtiar thanked his dedicated and wonderful team, including the board, founder and president, Dr Yasmin Rasyid, team leaders and all internship students.
“This award is (yet) another proof of all your hard work and belief in what we do and deliver the highest quality of work, he said, thanking families, the government, corporate partners, communities, educational institutions, strategic partners, fellow NGO/CSO colleagues, volunteers and individuals.
EcoKnights is a non-profit environmental organisation that champions sustainable living and supports a community of filmmakers and environmentalists who embody diversity, innovation and uniqueness of vision.
