KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 12 (Bernama) – NR Capital, an innovative digital trade finance company choose Chinsay to implement its Contract Management Platform to digitise its commodity trade contracts and enhance client offering.
Singapore-based NR Capital identified the platform as the leading solution to digitalise the process of drafting, issuing and validating commodity contracts.
The Chinsay’s platform is a single cloud-based SaaS solution for end-to-end contract management and counter-party collaboration, according to a statement.
NR Capital’s technology framework also digitises fundamental supply chain processes including sales and purchase contracts, electronic bills of lading and letters of credit.
Chief executive officer (CEO) and chief investment officer of NR Capital, Tom James said the partnership enable their customers to more effectively communicate transaction information and approve the format of the legal agreements prior to the company’s approval and legal sign off.
“We look forward to using Chinsay to provide our clients even more transaction security, operational efficiency and cost reductions for users,” James added.
CEO of Chinsay, Colin Hayward said this partnership validates its extension into the Fintech and Trade Finance ecosystems.
